  I bought my home over two years ago and like everyone else on Long Island, immediately checked the taxes and tried to grieve them because naturally they were extremely high. I received a letter from Aventine Properties LLC and they stated I should be much lower. I took a shot in the dark and contacted them and signed up because they explained how this process works and I was way too busy to fight this after I went to my town tax assessors office and they said "I'm exactly where I should be" and I knew they weren't budging.. Aventine Properties fought for a year and a half for my home and got a 29% reduction!! What sets them aside from everyone else anywhere, is their customer service. No matter who I spoke to they were always polite, informative and always called back. I highly recommend them for anyone else who wants someone to fight for them. They are efficient and informative. Having to wait a year and half through denials and Supreme Court rulings etc.. Was ok because they always kept me posted and picked up the phone and kept me in the loop. Everyone I ever spoke to, including the president there, is extremely polite. Thank you for making life a little easier on Long Island. Aventine Properties LLC is a standout in this extremely impersonal world, THEY set the bar extremely high In my book. Thank You again.
